A message dated June 19, 1995, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 207(FIN) am S                             
"An Act relating to adjustments to royalty reserved to the state to           
encourage otherwise uneconomic production of oil and gas; and
